# langweave > An MCP server that tracks what a user can read in a target language, so an AI assistant can weave exactly that much of the language into its replies — single words at first, whole sentences as their vocabulary grows. Spanish and Japanese today. langweave is a connector, not an app to study in. The user signs up, picks a language, and adds the remote MCP server to their assistant; from then on the assistant fetches the user's language profile before replying, writes only words the user can read (glossing the new ones), and logs every word it used so the profile grows. - MCP URL (streamable HTTP, OAuth — no API key): https://api.langweave.tech/mcp - Any MCP client: add a remote MCP server with that URL and sign in when the client opens the page; claude.ai, ChatGPT and Le Chat take it in their connector settings - Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the URL, Connect, sign in - Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http langweave https://api.langweave.tech/mcp` - Claude Code plugin: `/plugin marketplace add Jesusdiazrivero/langweave-plugins`, then `/plugin install langweave@langweave` - Cursor: in `~/.cursor/mcp.json`, `"langweave": { "url": "https://api.langweave.tech/mcp" }` under `mcpServers` - Gemini CLI: `gemini extensions install https://github.com/Jesusdiazrivero/langweave-plugins`, then `/mcp auth langweave` - Tools: get_language_profile, check_words, log_exposures, update_item, stats - Plans: Free registers get_language_profile and stats only, and nothing from a conversation is sent; Standard (€4.99 / $4.99 a month, first month free) registers all five ## Links - [Docs](https://docs.langweave.tech/): quickstart, connecting each client, how words become known, the tools - [Sign up](https://app.langweave.tech/sign-up): create an account and enroll in a language - [Plans](https://docs.langweave.tech/plans/): Free and Standard, and exactly what each sends from a conversation - [Terms](https://langweave.tech/terms): the terms of service, including pricing, the trial and refunds - [Privacy](https://langweave.tech/privacy): what is stored, where, and how to have it exported or deleted - [Source](https://github.com/Jesusdiazrivero/langweave): the server, the catalogs, and how to add a language
